NEW YORK., N.Y. -- Jennifer Aniston appears to enjoy working behind the camera as much she loves being in front of it. Access Hollywoods guest correspondent Jill Martin caught up with the star at the premiere of her movie, Five, where she directed one of the short films about the impact of breast cancer. It was like a dream come true, honestly, and such an important piece that we all were invested in, Jen, who is also one of the executive producers on the project, told Access. It was like working with, not only our best friends, but theyre also incredible producers, and all of us coming together. We just cant believe that were actually here. Its amazing. The Lifetime ensemble project, which also stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Patricia Clarkson and Josh Holloway, could be just the start of Jens directing career. Will we see more directing from you? Jill asked. Sure hope so, Jen said. Thats the plan. Im not sure what or when or where, but yes. As for a permanent move to NY City, the star said Los Angeles will remain home at least, for the time being. Not permanently, no, the star, who has recently been spotted around NY with boyfriend Justin Theroux, explained. Its literally like a month or two, just bits and pieces here. LA is really where work is. But I just had to have a little place to lay my head. Jen was also quick to squash talk about Brad Pitt and his recent comments to Parade magazine. Oh, lord, its not even worth discussing on a night like this, she said when asked about the actors remarks. Nathan Fillion A few several days ago Nathan Fillion was literally stalked having a Twitter follower. He responded much the same way almost every other Hollywood actor would: He needed a picture while using guy, after which it tweeted it. Fillion is much better known nowadays for playing the crime-fixing Richard Castle in ABC's Castle, in the "Twitterverse," he's revered for his geek-chic resume (he starred on Joss Whedon's Firefly too as with his online-only Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog) and also the must-follow Twitter feed. Whether it is his crazy musings or completely random photo uploads, fans can't have an sufficient quantity of Fillion's good-natured tweets. We spoke with him about the love for Twitter, how he thinks stars should put it to use and what he'll do when he hits the millions of mark. TVGuide.com: You've really recognized the idea of using Twitter just like a conversation along with your fans. How had you been first introduced into it?Nathan Fillion: Twitter was forced on me by [Horrible co-star] Felicia Day, already an online celebrity herself. I had been sitting while dining and he or she had me download the Twitter application and register. Then she ongoing her Twitter and mentioned, "OK, everyone, Nathan Fillion is becoming on Twitter." I came where you can 2,000 emails saying "You have a new follower on Twitter." I switched in the email notices next. TVGuide.com: Had you been hooked immediately?Fillion: I used to be. I'd attempted Bebo and Facebook -- mostly because people were available showing up as me. However I believed it was very demanding of your time. A Few Things I love about Twitter is always that it's forced brevity. The 140-character maximum really will make you be concise. I really like the immediacy from this, cheap you'll be able to achieve many people immediately it blows my ideas. Have a look whatsoever from the familiar faces returning to TV this year TVGuide.com: How perhaps you have get this kind of large following?Fillion: Due to Felicia Day, I obtained 2,000 fans immediately. I am unsure the actual way it developed next, however i know that i'm approaching an incredible number of. In my opinion inside a million, I'm gonna...produce a cake -- and tweet a picture from this. TVGuide.com: Plenty of stars obtain publicists tweet on the account. Possibly you've always controlled your individual account?Fillion: I realize of folks that avoid them by themselves also to me that's just... seriously. It's 140 figures you really can't handle that? You have to me, if someone's following your self on Twitter, they must be following your self on Twitter. Be it my Twitter, I wish for you to determine which I'm doing. I wish for you to find out what's happening with me at night. TVGuide.com: Possibly you've had any strange Twitter encounters?Fillion: I used to be in NY City which i had been using a park and so they were mowing and trimming and trimming the lawn, therefore i tweeted a picture from this and mentioned to people, "Guess where I am?Inch After I started simply to walk, the tweets started coming, saying, "Oh! You're in this park right on the doorstep from my office! It's surprising you're here! I'm searching my office window trying to find you!" I Rapidly went lower the street and needed a picture of Radio City Music Hall and mentioned, "Guess where I am now?" I walked two more blocks, looking at the bench, combined with coffee. Without warning this kid emerged in my opinion and goes, "Hey! Sometimes inside the neighborhood! I saw your tweets which i figured, I have to find you! I obtained a guy to cover personally in the office because I desired to get a autograph!" It absolutely was so funny. This kid was all breathless and sweating and could you'd imagine him monitoring my tweets? It destroyed me! Therefore I needed a picture with him and tweeted it. From Urkel to Sheldon: Have a look at our gallery within our favorite TV brainiacs TVGuide.com: You think stars and stars who aren't into social media do themselves a injustice?Fillion: I don't. In my opinion becoming an actor, your projects is always to act, to see tales. You are delivering entertainment, that's your projects. I don't believe it is your work to sign 8-by-10 photographs and send these phones your fans. I don't believe it is your work to carry out a radio tour at 5 a.m. Your projects is always to portray a personality, tell a portion in the story, and do your account in entertaining. In my opinion you will discover benefits, however don't think it is important for the work. Myself? I buy a kick from this.

La, Calif. -- Avoi Longoria is several weeks from filming the series finale of Desperate Average women, but she accepted just taking into consideration the finish from the lengthy running ABC drama makes her emotional. I cant youre will make me cry already, Avoi told AccessHollywood.coms Laura Saltman when requested about how exactly she needs to feel other family members . of tape. I cant even consider it. I am talking about, every episode which were shooting now is a touch sad, because were really like, Oh, another scene of most of us within the forest, another scene of most of us playing poker. Its all emotional every episode is emotional for people. Desperate Average women returns because of its ninth and final season on Sunday at 9/8 C on ABC so that as they get ready for the start of the finish, Avoi has a lot of reminiscences shes keen on. One, however, sticks out probably the most. My personal favorite moment will be the pilot, the very first episode. And type of that point, too, since it was such madness, she stated. We also have fond reminiscences of this time, and that i remember Helen Search saying, Theres nothing beats the birth of the hit, so remember every moment Its rare, you realize, and that we type of hit the lottery, so its bittersweet in my experience to become here and say goodbye. The Brooklyn Brothers and sisters Beat the most effective
A Brooklyn Brothers and sisters 5 presentation. (Worldwide sales: Hollywood Art galleries Intl., Beverly Slopes.) Produced by Jason Michael Berman, Kwesi Collisson. Executive producers, Ruth Mutch, Sergio Aguero, Sandra R. Berman, Mark G. Mathis. Co-producers, Caroline Connor, Lindsay Hovel, Laura Mehlhaff. Directed, put together by Ryan O'Nan.With Ryan O'Nan, Michael Weston, Arielle Kebbel, Melissa Leo, Andrew McCarthy, Christopher McDonald, Wilmer Valderrama.A road movie/love story/let's-put-a-band-together comedy that risks tripping over its own charming eccentricity, "The Brooklyn Brothers and sisters Beat the bestInch can be a low-budget, character-driven pic that develops quickest best when people figures -- a depressive singer-songwriter together with a rather unhinged lunatic playing instruments from Toys "R" Us -- are increasingly being musical. Debut feature by helmer Ryan O'Nan echoes the authenticity of numerous other pop romances ("Once," for instance, or "The Obligations") while carving out its own lyrical niche. Proper handling could put theatrical exposure inside the mix, together with a lot of music downloads. Tyro author-director O'Nan, an existing actor ("The Dry Land," "Eat Pray Love"), has a bit of the issue obtaining a rhythm, no less than within the start: Alex (O'Nan) has experienced a devastating breakup along with his girlfriend, which has done nothing to brighten his already maudlin personality. A artist and tunesmith who produces about love and decrease in an alt-rock kinda way, he's produced an action with another guitarist who sings tunes about werewolves. Naturally, they don't mesh onstage, and what's happening onscreen -- plus a prolonged scene through which Alex handles to get rid of his normal work in solid estate, while contrasting along with his obnoxious co-employees (Christopher McDonald, Wilmer Valderrama) -- feels more than just a little forced. This is also true Alex's gig playing for psychologically challenged children while wearing a pink rabbit suit. When one of the kids attacks him getting a toy knife, he reflexively punches the tyke hard. His non-career concerning the skids, Alex is overwrought, also it doesn't bode well when Jim (Michael Weston), a self-introduced "musical revolutionary," decides he and Alex should form a band together. The persistent Jim been began from group the itinerary in place - numerous gigs stretching nationwide, concluding in the West Coast "fight in the bands." Jim in some manner convinces the reluctant Alex to enter the automobile with him, and drive -- as well as the movie finds its traction. Alex starts playing his guitar and singing his tunes inside the vehicle while Jim -- still driving -- includes him about the Playskool xylophone, a melodica, various plastic instruments. The final results are enchantingly naive and musically appear. With Jim dubbing the completely new group the Brooklyn Brothers and sisters ("Doesn't that appear as being a black '70s soul band?" Alex asks), they've created their approach to a rural Pennsylvania club reserved by not-so-tough girl Cassidy (Arielle Kebel), who decides they might require her just like a manager. Alex declines the purchase. But he couldn't dissuade Jim, either. That love will loom between Alex and Cassidy can be a given, similar to the typical road-movie tropes -- friction within the group, various occurrences over the road, a moral crisis and resolution -- which comes about when Alex visits his fundamentalist Christian brother (Andrew McCarthy) and also the uptight pals (who include Melissa Leo). Each gig presents its own number of problems: At one, pathological liar Jim has guaranteed the promoter that Scott Weiland in the Stone Temple Aircraft aircraft pilots might be getting fun together. Still, as referred to by Weston, Jim can be a charmer Alex can be a front guy searching for medication Cassidy can be a cutie with elevated attitude than integrity. And together, they've created each other -- as well as the film -- better. Production values are fine, specially the appear, by Corey Mellious.Camera (color), Gavin J. 'We Bought A Zoo' Trailer: Behold Scarlett Johansson And Matt Damon's Animal Kingdom!
We sure hope that Matt Damon's character in "We Bought A Zoo" played a lot of Dino Park Tycoon. If he intends on running a zoo, he might be able to use that knowledge. Then again he does proudly proclaim in the just-released trailer that "the sellers say you don't even need any special knowledge to own a zoo, what you need is a lot of heart." Well, this film certainly seems to have a lot of it. The Christmas release, from director Cameron Crowe, boasts an all-star cast, led by Damon with assists from the likes of Thomas Haden Church and Scarlett Johansson. And while we're unsure how much a zoo actually costs, Damon, a widowed dad with two kids, and his motley crew seem pretty intent that they can make it work with the funds that he's got. The trailer is chock full of feel good-isms. At one point, he advises his son, "All you need is twenty seconds of insane courage and I promise you something great will come of it." Perhaps that's true. After all, with his twenty seconds of courage and thanks to the advice of his school-aged daughter, he went ahead and bought a zoo. No wacky decisions are ever made without that philosophy. The film is certainly feel-good and family-friendly, so much so that Damon pledges to not hit on pretty Scarjo. But, the biggest takeaway for us was the way his daughter compliments his luscious locks in the trailer. We hope he doesn't feel too nostalgic now that he's cue-balled it. Tell us what you think of the trailer in the comments section and on Twitter!Watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 2010

SJP Grants Of Barbara Journals Going To TV
NEW You are able to, N.Y. -- The initial Barbara Bradshaw is giving her blessing towards the more youthful one. Stellan Skarsgrd on Thor, The Avengers and Going through Melancholia Together With His Boy
Some moviegoers may recognize Stellan Skarsgrd because the frequent Lars von Trier collaborator who this November can look in Melancholia, his 4th film in the questionable Danish director. But more mainstream audiences will recognize the 60-year-old Swedish actor (and father of True Bloodstream breakout actor Alexander Skarsgrd) for his operate in five mega-blockbusters previously 5 years including Pirates from the Caribbean: Dead Guy’s Chest, Pirates from the Caribbean: At World’s Finish, Mamma Mia!, Angels & Devils and many lately Thor, which starred Skarsgrd like a researcher who ultimately befriends Chris Hemsworth’s title character. Awaiting Thor’s home release tomorrow, the actor called Movieline to go over his approaching role within the Avengers, his resume of onscreen intellectuals and also the Lars von Trier Cannes debate. It appears as if you, Natalie Portman and Kat Dennings had probably the most struggle within the film since you needed to build your modern-day interactions with Thor, this Askgardian character from 965 A.D., appear natural. How have you start doing that? Yes, that’s true, but we had probably the most fun. Being for the reason that little vehicle for any couple of days with individuals women was an enjoyable experience. Whenever we began shooting, it appeared just like a normal, modern-day film however eventually three players in tights and funny costumes appear. The very first reaction once they turned up on set was, “This won't work.” I believe among Kenneth’s greatest accomplishments here was he could marry individuals two completely different mobile phone industry's together. Even just in language, the Asgards speak in a different way — similar to Shakespeare. Kenneth is really a great director though and that he makes such interesting figures. Before long, you overlook the costumes and everything that's around and merely play normal associations. I just read that you and Natalie signed onto Thor entirely because Kenneth would be pointing. How does one describe his pointing style? Yes, well I really required it due to Kenneth and due to Natalie because I'd labored together with her before on Goya’s Ghosts. She's just fantastic and wonderful to do something with. His method of pointing, though, comes from the theater, where he originates from. He’s accustomed to Shakespeare and handling large numbers of words and ideas and getting these phones existence. He’s wonderful to utilize being an actor while he provides you with space about the set to build up not just the smoothness but the associations using the figures. He cuts away the majority of the exposition and brings it to existence. Then, he’s very funny in an exceedingly verbal way. I chuckled a great deal while dealing with him. It is possible to particularly funny memory that you could tell us from set? I’m the worst person to interview because I'm able to never remember specific moments like this. Regrettably, I recall the knowledge like a enjoyable flow instead of specific occurrences. In Thor and lots of your other films, you often play very intellectual figures. What type of preparation adopts playing individuals roles? Lots of pretension and pretending. As with Good Will Hunting, after i performed the mathematics professor, I really didn't know things i was speaking about. However it looked good! I don’t know why I’m so frequently cast like a thinking person, because I will tell you that my spouse sees me weight loss of the silly person than an intellectual. My preparation for roles are less concerning the character’s profession than who they really are, what their dreams are and in what manner could they be childish. Even when you’re the Leader from the U . s . States, you'll still behave like just a little child and think just like a little child sometimes. Childish behavior is exactly what I search for in most of my figures because that's are they all human. What exactly were Dr. Selvig’s childish impulses? He's childish for the reason that he's overprotective of Natalie’s character. He will get childish when he's drunk. And there's several type of jealousy with Thor at first, I believe. Eventually they become buddies, but he's very not wanting to accept Thor at first. I wish to discuss the publish-credit scene you distributed to Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury. When throughout Thor’s production have you sign to the Avengers and when was that scene shot? After I shot Thor, I really didn't know concerning the Avengers, plus they hadn’t develop the plot yet. Then last fall, they approached me coupled with a concept for that plot of Avengers and requested me basically thought about being inside it. I met with Joss Whedon, they sent me ideas which i loved, after which I registered for this. Therefore it emerged lengthy once i finished Thor. Are you able to discuss the way your character will have in to the Avengers? Well, as you can tell within the tag scene in Thor, Loki [performed by Tom Hiddleston] begins to wreck havoc on my character’s mind a bit. So my character isn't performed exactly the same means by Avengers because he is within Thor however it’s additionally a much more compact role in Avengers. You will find a lot of superheroes fighting for attention for the reason that film. Which figures does Selvig connect to? The majority of my jobs are with Jeremy Renner, who plays Hawkeye, and Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki. I just read that you simply weren’t greatly of the Marvel fan whenever you signed onto Thor. Has that transformed? Due to lack of knowledge, I wasn’t a large fan of Marvel. I hadn’t browse the magazines. They weren't as large in Europe because they are within the U . s . States. They’re more part of modern American mythology. I understand much more about the initial Thor compared to Marvel Thor. I really had no clue how important individuals figures would the American culture, but Kenneth ensured I acquired some magazines and that i recognized the artistic jobs are great. The tales tend to be more complex than I figured they'd be. Let’s switch gears from Marvel for your newest Lars von Trier film Melancholia. How could it have been acting opposite your boy Alexander? It had been great. I play his best guy within the film. I've three sons which are stars and that i’ve labored using the others a few occasions. It’s particularly fun on set together since you arrived at a contract regarding how to do certain moments very rapidly since you are associated. You will find the same references as one another and also the same shorthand communication. It’s very fluid, light and there's lots of laughter since it’s fun to visit your boy or maybe your father play another person. It features a comic effect when you are aware someone so well. Have you detected any commonalities involving the and Alexander’s acting styles, either from standing on set with him or from watching him in the other projects? Yes, I notice a particular vulnerability within the eyes that people have. You’ve labored with Lars von Trier a lot of occasions now. When does he tell you just how he's a brand new work for you? We talk even if he’s not writing a brand new script because we’re buddies but he known as us a couple several weeks ago while he wanted to be certain he might get me in the next film. He stated, “My next film is a porno film and will also be charge. But you won't reach fuck.” Immediately, I stated yes. That seems like it may be questionable, which isn't foreign territory for that director. Backtracking, what have you think about the Cannes fuss surrounding von Trier’s Hitler comments? It’s silly because everybody recognizes that Lars von Trier isn't a Nazi. He’s from the limitations on immigration and everything. Everyone argument him recognizes that he was joking. It had been absolutely bizarre. The issue wasn't the Cannes festival or even the journalists. Everyone stated, “This is certainly not.” The issue was the sponsors from the different occasions. They were given scared. Finally, you've starred in many projects which have been huge box office achievements like Thor, Mamma Mia!, Pirates from the Caribbean: Dead Guy’s Chest and also at World’s Finish and Angels & Devils. However I’m curious, which of the American films are you currently most happy with? One which I love a great deal takes Sides. It’s an extremely intriguing and difficult theme. It took it's origin from a play, however i think it is structurally interesting that you simply result in the audience change their loyalties between my character and Harvey Keitel’s backwards and forwards. That's always a fascinating dynamic.
