rate my singing 1-10?

Can't reach high notes very well, I know I'm not like, good but I
enjoy singing  want to improve.

What I am actually wondering is what songs would be the best for my
voice and how to start training? I've gotten feedback in a previous
question and they mentioned online videos that teach singing, which
ones would you recommend?
