What are some good songs/bands from the 50's?

I've always loved music from the 50's, 60's, 70s,  80s. But recently
i've had fifties fever, i've been listening to music from that time
period, i'm only 16. But i absolutely LOVE 50's and early 60's music,
my favorites are doo-wop  motown. I honestly think music from past
generations are better than what is on the mainstream today. If you
have any songs, suggestions, etc, please feel free to comment.
